Training
Web Conference Description: Each user may be trained at his own office
without having to travel. This method gives the user the opportunity
and flexibility to attend his daily operation tasks, recommended for
companies that have several users on different cities.
On-Site
All users meet at the same facility that may be the customer plant
or ZOE IT offices. Personalized training and face to face
environment.
Modules Catalogs Update: Upload information into different
catalogs.
Import Process: Complete an import process at ZOE.
Export Process: Complete an export process at ZOE.
Reports: Run several reports for multiple purposes such as balance
administration, or general reports as importation or exportation.
Deliverables ZOE Staff applies a test to trained personnel as well as
certificates them in ZOE software.
Preliminary exercises 3 days of parallel exercises where the certified user
operates the system on a real environment with the support of the
ZOE personnel that will be on site to help in any way or with any
issue that may result.
Deliverables: User confirmation and approval that the ZOE System is
working correctly with real operations.
Audits Preventive audits are optional, it is recommended to be
performed every 6 months in order to avoid as much as possible the
risk in foreign trade operations.
Service contracts
Optional service policy in 20 hours blocks with the purpose of
consulting about any topic related to the software usage after the
training process so the user is fully covered even when the
preliminary exercises have been performed.
