Physical Security
Hosting is protected from DDoS attack (UDP flood).
Have an extensive custom firewall rule and large mod security rulesets protecting the servers from a variety of forms of attack. Datacenter enable network level flood protection. Datacenters are all highly secure facilities with restricted access.
The data centers are separate from our facilities and only the highest server admins have access to them.
Data Centers are in CyrusOne, the sites did stay up when Hurricane Harvey shut the city down.
Data Protection
Security protocols TLS 1.2 – RDP are supported for the connection.

Policies and procedures in place to ensure information is classified with a password protected protection level.

Only as your request or when agreement finished, we can take backups offsite.

Data Management & Retention
During Contract
As a data retention policy ZOE IT’s backup service runs once a week and overwrites any of our previous backups. Only one week of backups are kept at a time. ZOE IT does not maintain backups of dedicated accounts.

After Exit
UPON TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON, CLIENT CONTENT AND OTHER DATA WILL BE DELETED.
Upon termination of Services by the terms of the agreement, by Client or by ZOE IT, ZOE IT shall provide Client Data to Client in a Backup file (database backup – *.BAK). All Client Data will thereafter be deleted from active file systems and any archived data will be overwritten or purged through normal backup cycles.
Destruction Records & Policy
UPON TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON, CLIENT CONTENT AND OTHER DATA WILL BE DELETED.
No destruction records kept.
Contract
Customer Protection
ZOE IT guarantee the 99.9% uptime guarantee.
Non-disclosure agreements applied before an exchange of information and are the requirements or needs for the protection of information documented and regularly reviewed.
There is a policy in place ensuring customer notification in the event of a network breach.
SLAs
The current monitoring procedure of our iCloud servers consists of the following steps:
- Response time every 30 minutes.
- Once the Failure is detected, review time and analysis 30 minutes.
- In case of persisting the Failure, communicated to the client indicating the situation and the time of solution.
- Once the ruling has been corrected, communicated to the client.
- For maintenance, the notice is at least one week in advance and the process is carried out during non-office hours.
- Times for correction:
- General Orientation (Shared connectivity with various suppliers): Solution time less than 24 working hours.
- System failure (Specific connectivity of the Application Server): Solution time less than 12 working hours.
- Failure in the production system (Related in the specific with the processes within the Application Server): Solution time less than 4 working hours.
