WEB SYSTEM FOR MANAGEMENT AND FISCAL CONTROL OF CUSTOMS OPERATION

The Zoé EXPEDIENTS System is a document manager in which it allows you to organize the customs file according to the documents required by type of request. Zoé ANYA is a web system for management and fiscal control of the customs operation that exploits, analyzes, and organizes important information from the SAT to automatically generate reports that in a simple way ensure compliance and consequently maintain the company’s certifications. The system is made up of 7 modules, Digital Files, Audits, Statistics, Reminders, Master File, SOIA and sites of interest.

Digital Files Module

It is a legal compliance tool that facilitates the compilation, organization and integration of electronic and digitized pediment documents and their Data Stage in a friendly platform. It has a WEB service with VUCEM to automatically download the transmitted e-documents and COVES.

The electronic file of foreign trade of the company is integrated, in compliance with the obligation provided by the Customs Law plus the documents that are important according to the needs and its corporate policy.

Audit Module

The Audits module allows the company to take advantage of the information from the Data Stage to audit the import and export requests, through more than 20 automatic analysis reports that help detect inconsistencies in the information that may be causes of fines, omissions of taxes, as well as analysis of IGI, VAT, Treaties, Incoterms that could become savings opportunities.

Master File Module

Master File allows us to centralize and organize important documents that must be available for internal control and legal compliance of the company. With a free structure where the user can create, name their folders and their respective files, in all formats. You will always have available documents of high importance such as those related to the authorizations of certifications, contracts, rates, procedures, among others.

Statistics Module

The Statistics Modules are reports of analysis of customs value, VAT, Added Value, IGI of both imports and Exports, based on the information from the Data Stage with their respective graphs.

Reminders Module

Master File allows us to centralize and organize important documents that must be available for internal control and legal compliance of the company. With a free structure where the user can create, name their folders and their respective files, in all formats. You will always have available documents of high importance such as those related to the authorizations of the certifications, contracts, rates, procedures, among others.

SOIA Module

The SOIA Module allows importers and exporters to consult the status of foreign trade operations carried out within the customs clearance process. This information is obtained through direct access to the SAT system.
